Besides building up a network of trust and confidence among the artisans with whom we work, we pay a fair price for their work; give regular planned commissions of work so that they can consistently support themselves and their families. Working with them to maintain quality and develop new product lines helps to assure their future.
We deal directly with our craftsmen, and do not use “middle men”; this practice benefits both the craftsmen themselves and our customers.
