Team Secretary / Administrator
This role will entail providing administrative support to the Sales team, accounts department and dispatch by carrying out the following duties:
- Dealing with incoming calls and emails
- Meet and great daily visitors
- Diary management
- Typing letters and documents
Maintaining filing systems, raising purchase orders, sales orders, quotations, liaising with warehouse and dealing with general requests.
The ideal candidate will have worked within a similar environment previously and have excellent admin and IT skills.
Sage line 50 experience is a plus.
