New Customers

If this is your first visit to Moroccan Bazaar’s online shopping service, you will need to register with us – either as a Trade Customer or as a Private Buyer.

Filling out the registration form:

When registering with Moroccan Bazaar for the first time, as a Trade Customer you will be required to complete a form with your personal details, a contact address, a shipping address if different from the contact address as well as complete details about your company, which is a mandatory section. If you are registering as an individual you will just need to fill in your personal details and contact address & a shipping address if different. You do not have to give us your address to create an account. However, in order to purchase, you will later be asked to submit one.

You will be asked to submit a billing address (the address where your chosen credit card is registered). You can update this at any time, however, once the order has been placed, we cannot guarantee to re-route your order. You may also be able to enter in a shipping address at the point of submitting your billing address.

At the point of registration, you will be asked if you would like join our newsletter mailings. Please uncheck this box if you do not wish to join. If you would like to join our mailing list at this point, you can either click on the “Newsletter/Catalogue” link under My Account on the left hand side of the page, or click on the “Join our Mailing List” link on the top of the web page. By doing so, you are therefore entitled to receive information on our exclusive offers, such as special shipping deals, discounted prices on items, clearance sales and many more as well as details on all new arrivals.

Once you’ve done that and logged in to the site with the User ID (your own email address) and a password of your choice, which was confirmed to you by email, this then makes shopping online at Moroccan Bazaar easy.
