Change or Cancel an Order
If you wish to change or cancel an order contact our Customer Service team on 0208 575 1818 or email returns@moroccanbazaar.co.uk within 24 hours from submitting or paying for your order online.
We pride ourselves with our rapid delivery service so in the instance that your order is dispatched before you cancel our return/refund policy will apply.
Cancellation of made-to-order products
Should you wish to cancel your made-to-order or made-to-measure product for any reason you may do so within 48 hours of ordering or from the date you pay a 50 % deposit. These items are manufactured specifically for you and cannot be sold to another customer. Please ensure you are 100 % sure before ordering any bespoke items from Moroccan Bazaar.
