Delivery charges
We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted. We will charge you and deduct the shipping fee from the amount paid to us.
Delivery charges of furniture
We currently do not deliver large items these can be purchased and must be collected from our Greenford premises only.
