Refund Policy
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within 7 days and in original, undamaged packaging.
If the product returned is not in fully resalable condition or the packaging is damaged, or after the 7 day refund policy date, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. Please note that the shipping cost will not be refunded unless the items are deemed faulty or damaged.
The 20% restocking fee will also be applicable if the item(s) have been ordered incorrectly or simply unwanted.
We cannot accept the excuse that they are different from the items ordered unless you are clearly sent the incorrect product. Due to the handmade nature of Moroccan Bazaar’s products, small variations may occur and designs may differ slightly from the picture online and from our catalogues.
These variations are an intrinsic part of their charm. These are not defects and we regret such complaints will not be accepted and items cannot be returned or refunded for this reason.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
