Return Procedures
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within 7 days of receipt and in original, undamaged packaging. Please note that the shipping cost will not be refunded unless the items are deemed faulty or damaged. We cannot accept the excuse that they are different from the items ordered unless you are clearly sent the incorrect product.
Due to the handmade nature of Moroccan Bazaar’s products, small variations may occur and may differ slightly from the picture online and from our catalogues. These variations are an intrinsic part of their charm. These are not defects and we regret such complaints will not be accepted and items cannot be returned or refunded for this reason. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount as a re-stocking fee.

Returns via our Greenford premises
Simply bring the oryginal Invoice and the product you wish to return or exchange to our offices in Greenford and someone from our customer services department will assist you.
Returns via Post or Courier
Send the item in the original packaging along with the Returns Form and original Invoice. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
